Oct 14, lunch. A "fantasia" sandwich at a new sandwich shop on Viale Aventino in Rome. This one was burrata cheese, so soft it was spread like mayo, arugula, and melanzana, all on a piece of pizza bianca. With water, 7.25, so a tiny bit pricey, but very good. And I could have asked for a smaller one. Sold by the pound. in Rome.
