December 3, dinner. Some soup (from a can, sorry) and a half of a tortilla with mayo. This was a tortilla based on leftover mashed potatoes and it worked pretty well, although didn't taste at all like a tortilla should. Still, an interesting use of old mashed potatoes. With a Nouveau Beaujolais from Drouhin.
